Buffalo Boneless Chicken


Here you have a super easy and delicious recipe for any day of the week! 


  • 600 g chicken breast
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup all purpose flour
  • 90 g salted butter 
  • 2 cups buffalo sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray (optional)

1).- Season the flour with salt and pepper

2).- Season the eggs with salt, pepper and a bit of buffalo sauce.

3).- Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces

4).- Dip the chicken pieces into the egg mixture.

5).- Transfer the chicken pieces into the flour mixture

6).- Spray the chicken pieces with cooking Spray

7).-Cook the chicken pieces in the Air Fryer for about 15 minutes at 380ºF .

8).- In a saucepan, add the butter and the sauce, and cook on low heat until it boils

9).- After the chicken is cooked, add the chicken to the sauce, stir until the chicken is well covered with the sauce, and cook for another 2 minutes, then serve.
